I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton in Chapel Hill during a trip to visit my daughter at UNC. The hotel exceeded my expectations, particularly in the culinary department. One evening, I dined at the Blue Corners Bistro & Bar, a Southern gem offering tapas-style plates. The innovative dishes showcased a blend of flavors that delighted my taste buds. As a former food critic, I appreciate when a restaurant dares to be different, and this place surely delivered.The Coffee Bar-Bar was my go-to spot for a quick pick-me-up throughout the day. I indulged in their fresh coffee and small bites, perfect for a busy traveler like myself. The breakfast spread, with its emphasis on fresh fruit, was a delightful start to each morning. To the culinary delights, the hotel boasted an outdoor pool, a 24-hour fitness center, and a welcoming bar/lounge where I unwound with a drink after a long day. The Sheraton in Chapel Hill truly offers a well-rounded experience for any traveler.
